The perfect pre rub March 21, 2019 Reviewer: Sam C. from Tony, WI United States   If we're doing a pig roast, we're using the sweet pink pre rub before we hit it with either the Carolina Apple Shine or Texas Gold.  Also works great as a brine for smaller cuts. Was this review helpful to you?

Nice Product - No need for dry brine or mustard July 4, 2017 Reviewer: Darrell Miller from Greer, SC United States   Overall, I liked the product - no need to dry brine or use a mustard base for the rub.  I'll need to use it more to see how well I really like the flavor change.  And it helps add a pinkish-red color to the meat.
