I'm a KCBS Master BBQ Judge. I've tried this on ribs, chicken, and pulled pork while at competitions. I've spent time with several competition teams that use Doc's Sweet Rib Rub, that's how I learned about it. My next slab of spare ribs will have Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub on them.
