I used it first time on the driest piece of meat You can imagine - turkey tenderloin ! I cut it in pieces like I always do and marinated ( soaked not injected ) for 24 hours in the fridge... rinsed, added some oil and my favorite seasoning and grilled on my electric griddle ... didn't have much hopes to be honest :)... it came out so juicy and soft that I couldn't believe it was the same dry turkey I've been eating for years now!!!
It is amazing and doesn't add salt into the meat. I'm so happy to have tried it and will be buying more for sure !. My diet consists of dry pieces of meats like turkey, white chicken and those are so hard to enjoy it with Kosmo's Magic I will actually love eating even my turkey which was impossible to like it :)
