  • Mix 16oz of liquid (water preferred) to 1/3 cup of Triple 9 Bovine Beef Injection and Marinade . This is enough for one brisket.


  • Season with a light layer of The Judge.


  • Season with a medium to heavy layer of The Punisher. Allow this seasoning to melt and become fully moist before putting the meat on the grill.
