Great Rub September 15, 2021 Reviewer: Leonard M from Franklin, TN United States   I have been using this rub for about a year and it is one of the best out there.  It provides a great North Carolina flavor profile.  I have done blind taste tests with family and friends and it always comes out on top. Great Rubs March 2, 2021 Reviewer: Leonard from FRANKLIN, TN United States   There are many outstanding rubs on the market and this is certainly one of them. I smoked several racks of ribs using different rubs that I like. Then I had my family members taste the ribs from each rack.  The result was unanimous, as they all preferred Trim Tab's Pig Powder. Pig powder August 16, 2018 Reviewer: Josef Clark from Saint Petersburg, FL United States   I knew Jim Tabb from Tyron, NC.  Used his rub, as it was better than what I made myself.  Nice to see formula hasn't changed.  I use as rub, and also to flavor sautéed veggies.
