  • (3) Prairie Fresh pork collars , Average weight of 3-4lbs each
  • (3) Wichita Packing competition ribs, Average weight 2.7-3lb
  • (16) springer mountain trimmed chicken thighs. Skin scraped, knuckle off, deveined.

All meat is shipped frozen.

Competition box was received within a week of ordering, all meats were trimmed and frozen as advertised.  The Brisket flat, Pork Collars and Ribs are decent quality, the chicken thighs however were extremely small, and i will probably end up replacing with larger thighs.

Looks good.  Can't wait to cook it up.  This will save a lot of time trimming.  Delivered well packaged and frozen.
