BBQ Meat Spritz! Spritz your proteins during the cooking process keeping them moist all the while adding a sweet peach flavor. Also great as a liquid when wrapping your meat in foil to give that sweet flavor in the braising process. If being used in a sprayer, it requires a high velocity trigger nozzle to work properly.

I tried this out in hopes it would be as good as the peach spritz from Crawford’s (which I absolutely love).  Unfortunately I found the beef pit spritz absolutely disgusting. Not sure if I got a bottle that was “off”, but it had a strong mushroom odour, tasted bitter and greasy.
