38 Special was blended for another layer of flavor to our steaks that added a bit of pepper and a hit of color to beef and pork. We tried several different samples before we settled on this selected blend. 38 Special is excellent on about everything if you want to add salt, pepper and a little color. 38 Special was used along with Climax AP and Bovine Delight to take 1st place in Steak A and Steak B at the Shed.
