Rib Rub was developed for its namesake, “Ribs”. We wanted a flavor profile for pork that offered a sweet taste on the front end and a hit of heat on the back end. We feel we achieved this with our Rib Rub. This special blend was used at The Shed to place 6th in the rib category. Our rib rub has many achievements under its belt on the KCBS circuit. We have numerous first place rib calls with several perfect 180 calls as well. We also have numerous top 10 calls with this product as well. Several teams on the bbq circuit use this each and every time they compete. A little secret we actually sprinkle a little rib rub in our melted butter to brush on our steak right before turn in.
