Minors Au Jus Prep Liquid is a convenient concentrated liquid that mixes with water to create a tastefully seasoned Au Jus. This Au Jus has a bold, deep, rich flavor without the saltiness you find in other au jus. The perfect accompaniment for French Dip Sandwiches. Use as a savory steak marinade or a spritz during cooking for increased flavor. Au Jus blends well with a variety of wines and spices.

Important information from the manufacturer.
The bases have a shelf life of at least 1 year past best buy date if kept in fridge after opened. They can also be frozen up to 3 years. THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED. We recommend to our customers to store in fridge or freezer once opened to prolong shelf life. The dates on the container are "Best Buy" dates , they are not expiration dates.
