While working on making test batches one night Bear and Burton made a mistake and added way too many Habanero peppers. They might have had a drink or two, that fact is still disputed to this day. The batch was hot! But it also had an amazing pepper taste that complimented the original flavors so much they vowed to make it a separate sauce someday.
Now the world is back and Bear And Burton's W sauce is on the shelves. It truly is America's Worcestershire. It's Bigger, Better, Bolder and now Spicier than any sauce with that name.
