Developed by award-winning pitmasters, this injection enhances the natural richness of brisket while preventing dryness during long cooks. Whether you're smoking packer briskets, flats, or burnt ends, this blend ensures consistent results with bold, beef-forward flavor.

Key Features:

  • Designed specifically for brisket and other large beef cuts
  • Enhances internal flavor and moisture retention during long cooks
  • Balanced blend of savory spices and natural beef flavor
  • Mixes easily with water or broth for smooth injection
  • All-natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives
  • Gluten-free and proudly made in the USA
  • Trusted by competition teams and professional caterers

Pro Tips:

  • Mix thoroughly according to label instructions and inject evenly throughout the brisket, focusing on the flat and point
  • For best results, inject 4–6 hours before cooking and refrigerate to allow full absorption
  • Pair with a bold rub to build layered flavor and bark
  • Ideal for offset smokers, pellet grills, and drum cookers
  • Works well with foil or butcher paper wraps to lock in juices during the stall
  • Use leftovers as a marinade for tri-tip, chuck roast, or beef ribs

Directions
  • Butcher BBQ Original Brisket Marinade / Injection Instructions

All taste palates are different, so adjust to your preference. We recommend starting with 3/4 cup of marinade to two (2) cups of water. Other options include replacing half of the water with beer, apple juice, cola, or beef broth.

    Instructions:

    1. Place your brisket on a cookie sheet with edges to catch any excess marinade.

    2. Using a checkerboard pattern, inject into every other square, keeping the needle in the center of the brisket meat.

    3. This amount should be enough for two thirteen (13) lb. briskets.
