Directions


  • Mix 32oz of liquid (water preferred) to 1/2 cup of Triple 9 Chicken Brine


  • Season with a layer of Triple 9 Judge Garlic and Pepper rub then season with a layer of What The Cluck(you can take equal parts of each rub and mix them together and then put them back in a shaker to apply). Allow this seasoning to melt and become fully moist before putting the meat on the grill.


  • Warm up the Triple 9 Apple Cherry Glaze (Don't overheat! It should be hot but not simmering or boiling).


  • Either brush on your turkey for the final 10 minutes of cooking or drizzle over your turkey when sliced.
